台灣具有優越的養殖環境，養殖漁業十分發達，年產量在一百萬公噸以上，不但充分供應國人蛋白質需求，並大量輸銷國外，對台灣整體經濟發展及提供世人糧食需求，均貢獻卓著。本會將本著服務漁民的精神，配合政府輔導，致力於提升養殖技術、產品品質，暢通行銷及推動休閒漁業外，今後並將以生產優質的水產品，符合世人對養殖水產品衛生品質高標準的要求為首要目標。謹在此推薦本會52個養殖漁業生產區的優質產品，歡迎您來品鑑、購用與指導。

Taiwan is an ideal environment for fish farming. With an annual production reaching over 1000,000 tons, local industry is already well-developed and supplies both local needs and key overseas markets in proteins. This industry has played a key role in Taiwan’s overall economic development and the supply of food to the world. Today, with the gigh spirits of serving the Fish Farming Association and its members, we will follow the government’s lead, strive to boost fish farming technology and product quality, accelerate marketing and promote leisure fishing industry. In addition, our primary objective is to produce high quality seafood products that would meet the strictest hygiene standards. I highly recommend you to come and visit our 52 fish farming sectors.
