產地介紹 : 彰化擁有台灣中部西海岸最豐富的潮間帶。這裡的養殖以海水為主;重要產區有王功、漢寶及永興。區內的漢寶濕地與王功潮間帶,自然資源豐富,不但盛產牡蠣及文蛤等作物,稀有的紅樹林及野生動植物更造就了漢寶合作農場等結合住宿、休閒、漁村生活體驗等功能的觀光資源。
Production site: Changhua County owns the largest amount of intertidals in the west coast of Central Taiwan. The aquaculture here adopts seawater to raise the fish larval, including some major plants in Wangkong, Hanbow and Yungshin. The Hanbow Wetland and Wankong Intertidal are equipped with plentiful of natural resources to nurse the oysters and hard clams. The rare ecology of mangrove forest with wild animals and plants contributes to the tourist industry.

【台灣文蛤】Hard Clam

彰化文蛤個個養的黑亮肥滿!經由產地二次育肥後,吐砂完全,肥滿度更高,肉質更鮮美!每天清晨辛勤的漁家婦女成群對坐著,把漁民用採收機從池中撈上的文蛤粗洗,過篩、分級、包裝...到了日上三竿,最新鮮的文蛤已經出發上路到全國生鮮市場,甚至送達海關準備輸銷國外了!

The hard calms from changhua look black, glossy and become fatter after cultivation for the second time, meat tastes far more luscious when matured! Every morning , fishermen’s wives group together to clean, filter, group and pack the hard clams by harvesting machine. Every day, the freshest hard clams have to be delivered local fishing markets or even for export!


【精醃文蛤】Pickled Hard Clams

文蛤的營養價值高,肉味鮮美清甜,作湯或熱炒都非常普遍。醃漬的文蛤則是受歡迎的開胃下飯小菜。協會出產的醃漬文蛤、海鮮包子等都是利用當地新鮮的文蛤在彰化魚貨包裝處理場等合格加工廠精製而成的。
Hard clams are nutritious, and their meat tastes delicious. Either adding to the soup or fry are two established cooking methods. Pickled clam is a popular appetizer, which is comprised of local fresh hard clams by aquatic manufacturing and packing processing in Changhua.


【牡蠣】Oysters

彰化縣的牡蠣生長在海濱潮間帶。當地漁民驕傲的說:「只有我們的牡蠣每天露出水面曬太陽,口感就是更結實有彈性!」。黃昏坐著有趣的觀光蹦蹦車遊潮間帶,看漁民踩在爛泥中採收牡蠣,順便參觀王功燈塔及福海宮,嚐嚐新鮮的炸蚵仔及枝仔冰,是這裡新興的假日遊憩!
Changhua fishermen always introduce with pride, “The secret of delicious and chewy oysters lies on the daily radiant sunlight they have absorbed!” In the evening, the sightseers can take the tourist train to wander around the intertidal, watch the fishermen collect osysters, visit Wangkong Lighthouse and Fuhai Temple, and taste the sizzling fried oyster omelet. Everyone is welcome aboard to join the new trend of an unforgettable holiday cruise!
