產地介紹:台南氣溫與海水都適合虱目魚的成長,養殖面積高達四千多公頃,再加上養殖歷史久遠,所以台南縣可稱得上是虱目魚的故鄉,各項虱目魚小吃更是地方特產!

台南市虱目魚的故鄉,虱目魚也是一尾見證台灣殖民歷史的最早養殖魚,自古亙今台南都採用生態養殖方式養肥每條活氣蹦跳的虱目魚。高營養又含有不飽和脂肪酸、微量元素和DHA,是一尾高貴又不貴的最佳食用魚。
